The Service
A clinical companion who sails with you.
A cruise should feel like a holiday, not a logistics exercise. When a loved one has medical needs, the challenge is finding support that travels with them rather than waiting at home.
Our RNs and CNAs sail on the same ship, stay in adjacent or nearby cabins, and integrate seamlessly into the trip. They are there for the medical, so the rest of the family can be present for everything else.
Every cruise companion assignment begins with physician clearance and a detailed intake review, so we arrive prepared for your loved one's specific condition, routine, and needs.
What we do on board
- Board with your loved one from embarkation to disembarkation
- Manage medications, schedules, and clinical documentation throughout the voyage
- Accompany on shore excursions when medically appropriate
- Coordinate with the ship's medical team if anything arises
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care as needed
- Provide a consistent, familiar face through every port and sea day
Who this is for
Right for your family if...
- Travelers with chronic conditions who want medical oversight onboard
- Families who want to cruise together but need a companion for one member
- Clients recovering from surgery who have physician clearance to travel
- Anyone requiring oxygen support, medication management, or mobility assistance
Important note
All clients require a completed Medical Travel Clearance Form signed by their physician before travel. We will walk you through this during the intake process.

Let's talk about Cruise Companion Care.
Tell us who is traveling, their medical needs, and your planned dates. We will send the intake form and take it from there.
